Want to contact Newsfeeds? Here’s how. Newsfeeds.com helps you compare Usenet and VPN providers. That way you can make an informed choice, whether you’re picking a Usenet service, a European Usenet provider, or a VPN.

Why Contact Newsfeeds

We research providers, features, and industry trends all the time. Maybe you’ve used a provider we’ve already reviewed. Maybe you want to suggest one we haven’t covered yet. Or maybe you spotted something on the site that’s out of date. We want to hear about all of it. That includes broken links, prices that changed since we last checked, or a guide that could use more detail.

Before you reach out, check our Usenet FAQ or VPN FAQ first. Those pages already answer a lot of common questions about retention, jurisdiction, and logging policies in detail.

What We Can Help With

We can answer questions about how we test and compare providers. We can also explain why a particular provider ranks where it does, and answer general questions about how Usenet and VPNs work. Did your experience with a provider we reviewed not match what we wrote? Tell us. Prices change. Retention windows shrink or grow. Support quality can shift after a company changes ownership. We’d rather correct the record than leave outdated information up.

We also welcome suggestions for providers we haven’t covered yet. Have you had a good or bad experience with a Usenet provider, VPN, or privacy tool we write about? That firsthand account genuinely helps us, and it helps other readers comparing the same options. Did you spot a wrong retention number, an outdated price, or a discontinued feature? That’s exactly the kind of message we want. It directly improves what everyone else reads.

What We Can’t Help With

Is your question about a specific provider’s terms, refund policy, billing, or an account issue? That provider’s own support team will have the fastest and most accurate answer — not us. We’re an independent comparison site. We aren’t affiliated with any provider beyond standard affiliate relationships. We don’t have access to your account, your order history, or the ability to process refunds. Contacting us about a billing dispute only slows things down, since we’d just point you back to the provider anyway.

Advertising and Partnership Inquiries

Do you represent a Usenet provider, VPN service, or privacy tool? Want to talk about being reviewed or listed on the site? Email us with details about your service. We’ll let you know whether it’s a fit. We only recommend providers after we actually test them. A partnership inquiry doesn’t guarantee coverage or a particular ranking. See our review methodology for how we decide what to recommend.

How We Make Money

Some links on this site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. This never changes how we score or rank a provider. Our disclosure practices follow standard FTC guidance. We’ve pulled promotional links before when a program stopped paying out, rather than keep recommending it anyway. Have questions about how a specific recommendation is funded? Ask — we’re happy to explain.

Get in Touch

Email us directly at admin@newsfeeds.com. We read every message and respond as soon as we can.

Want a faster answer? Include which page or provider your message is about, plus a link if you have one. A quick note is fine. You don’t need to write an essay. But a specific example, like a broken link’s URL or a pricing page that no longer matches what we wrote, is much easier for us to act on than a general “something’s wrong somewhere” message.

Response Times

We’re a small, independent site, not a support desk with a ticket queue. Response times vary depending on volume and how much research a question needs. Simple corrections are usually the fastest to act on — a dead link, a typo, an out-of-date price. Requests to review a new provider take longer. That means actually testing the service before we write anything. We sign up, check real retention and completion numbers, and compare what we find against the provider’s own marketing claims, rather than just taking their word for it.

Haven’t heard back after a reasonable amount of time? Double-check your message went to the right address before assuming we’re ignoring you. We’re a small site without a large support team, but every message does get read.

Press and Data Requests

Working on an article about Usenet, VPNs, or online privacy? Need a quote, a data point, or background context? Email us and we’ll try to help. We can’t always share internal testing data, since some of it comes from paid provider accounts under our own terms of service, but we’re happy to point you toward public sources or explain how we reached a particular conclusion in a review.
